Well, we get our data from the same sources as you do, so my perspective is the perspective of a person in the trenches. But nevertheless, how do we feel it ourselves? On the one hand, the fact that such a significant and effective action has been carried out now indicates that we do not just throw words to the wind and we follow through with our words. In the context of what we have stated and said, that not all of our capabilities have been implemented yet, not all fundamental actions on our part have been demonstrated, despite the fact that we have not used any new, unknown ammunition to Ukraine that has not been used before, but the principle of its use turned out to be new, and this has plunged Ukraine into a state of frustration because the shelling or targeting of territory critical to Ukraine's infrastructure was carried out massively, and the air defense systems simply showed their complete helplessness. And besides the destruction of a certain part of the infrastructure, we have achieved other important and significant consequences for us.
Firstly, we understand perfectly well that given the deformation of public consciousness in Ukraine, society and its support are one of the most significant factors in the war. That is, it cannot be said that Ukrainian society is detached, that it is a mere observer and simply records what is happening. No, society is, in essence, to a large extent, a generator of war. By creating a certain demand, society stimulates the actions of the government, the actions of the army, and even the actions of those thugs who destroy activists who voted or participated in organizing the referendum. And we understand perfectly well that without any public demand for such actions, there would be no actions themselves, so to speak. And now Ukrainian society understands that as a result of our influence, which we did not resort to, if at the beginning of the operation we bombed airfields in order to destroy, for example, the aviation located there, now we have struck at the decision-making centers of the Ukrainian energy system, which has always been vulnerable. But following our own internal guidelines, based on our own decision and not because circumstances constrained us, we did not make the decision to destroy this category of infrastructure, allowing society, which generates military messages, to live normally, in normal conditions, receiving the necessary amount of electricity, water supply, and so on. Now we have shown society that the reaction will be very categorical and this reaction will be fundamentally inevitable because the Ukrainian military system is not capable of dealing with this reaction. This is personally an important key moment for me because infrastructure can be restored, assistance from the West can be mobilized, and it can be rebuilt, reoriented in some way, redirect the supply of electricity, and so on. But this state in the consciousness of society, that society is not protected, is one of the important elements of the war that any opposing side seeks to achieve because panic, disorientation, demobilization in society, and the elimination of this factor of influence on the war is one of our military tasks. The war is hybrid, and we act accordingly with appropriate methods and techniques. Therefore, from my perspective, this achieved effect is very important. And most importantly, we have realized that the praised Ukrainian air defense system, which claims that it can even close the sky with some Western models, is not capable of doing so.
